The club organised team-building sessions for both players and officials on 28 and 29 Dec 2009.

"Achieving Personal Effectiveness through Positive Habits", a talk by Matthew James (founder and Executive director for Matthew James International), psychologist Dr Donus Loh and team-building trainer George Thomas helped admin and technical staff understand working as a team off-the-field, and group organisation.

Meanwhile, the new playing squad had a team-building and bonding session to gear up for the new season ahead.
